We collect minimal information necessary to deliver our services:

• Account Information: Your registered email address and basic display name provided via Google Authentication.
• Transaction Records: Order reference IDs, package tier, amount paid, and timestamps maintained for billing records.
• Project Files: Subtitle text files and timeline data created inside the application.

2. Payment Security & Card Data (PayHere)

CapZone DOES NOT store, capture, or have access to your Credit/Debit Card numbers, CVV, or Online Banking credentials.

All financial transactions are redirected and processed through the PCI-DSS certified PayHere Payment Gateway. Communication with PayHere utilizes 256-bit bank-grade SSL encryption.

3. Automated Media File Deletion (15-Minute Policy)

Uploaded video and audio files are stored in temporary memory strictly during processing. Our automated system permanently wipes and purges all temporary media files within 15 minutes of generation completion. Your private content is never used to train public AI models.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage solely to retain your session authentication token, API preference mode (Cloud vs Custom Key), and workspace UI preferences.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner strictly with industry-leading infrastructure providers:

• Google Firebase & Google Identity: For secure authentication and account access.
• Google Gemini AI: For multimodal audio speech-to-text recognition under enterprise privacy terms.
• PayHere (PVT) Ltd: For secure payment gateway operations in Sri Lanka.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion
