CapZone - AI Video & Subtitle Studio

Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to CapZone Subtitle Studio. By accessing our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
We provide an AI-powered service for generating Sinhala subtitles from video and audio files. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and users must review generated subtitles.

3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.

4. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed securely via PayHere. Subscriptions grant you a specific minute quota per month. Pay-per-video credits are valid until consumed.

5. Acceptable Use
You may not use our service to process illegal, copyrighted (without permission), or explicit content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection
We collect your email address for account creation and basic analytics data to improve our service. We do not store your credit card information directly; all payments are handled securely by PayHere.

2. Media Processing
The videos and audio files you upload are temporarily processed by our servers to generate subtitles. Files are automatically deleted from our main servers after processing is complete.

3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party APIs (like Google Gemini) for processing audio. Your audio data is transmitted securely for transcription purposes only.

4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
As CapZone provides a digital service (AI processing), we generally do not offer refunds once credits are consumed or a subscription is activated.

2. Technical Failures
If a technical error on our platform prevents your video from being processed successfully, and credits are deducted, please contact our support. We will manually review the issue and restore your credits if our system was at fault.

3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations will stop future billing, but no prorated refunds are provided for the current active month.

4. Contact Support
For any billing inquiries or refund requests due to system errors, please contact us via our official Telegram support channel.
